Minor Bugfix

• Fixed a bug that caused a crash when playing against Decay occasionally - should be mended, but do report any issues if you find 'em!
• Pressing "Enter" now ends the turn in case you want to keep the mouse on cards to continue your reading. (Feedback change!)

Honestly, can't believe I didn't think of a hotkey sooner.
