Minor Update

• Tweak: Made the boss now always play 2 cards unless altered by player/boss cards.
• New: Added a way to increase or decrease the time the boss waits between playing cards in the options menu.

Ongoing work with the deckbuilder is coming on well, functionality is complete, just needs prettying up!
